Terms of service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Habitly (the website and app at habitly.pro). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Habitly through your employer, your employer may have a separate agreement with us that also applies.
Who we are
Habitly is operated by Habitly. Contact: business@habitly.pro. Further operator details are on the Impressum.
The service
Habitly provides AI-assisted coaching, daily actions, courses and team development tools. Features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when we can.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You must verify your email before signing in.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse, attack or overload the service, or attempt unauthorized access;
- use Habitly to harass others, break the law, or generate harmful content;
- scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service except as allowed by law;
- share login credentials or create accounts for automated abuse.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
AI coaching (Tess)
Tess gives suggestions and coaching based on the information you and your organisation provide. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions you make at work. Habitly does not provide legal, medical or financial advice.
Employer access
If your employer sponsors your seat, managers may see agreed progress indicators as described in our privacy policy. Your journals, mood check-ins and private conversations with Tess are not shared with managers.
Intellectual property
Habitly, Tess and the product design are ours (or our licensors'). You keep ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process it to run the service.
Availability and liability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of Habitly. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under German or EU law.
Termination
You may stop using Habitly and request account deletion at any time (see the privacy policy). We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms or if we shut down the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
